Welcome to BostaDurmasin ("Platform"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered prompt engineering tools, SEO analysis modules, and community galleries. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, utilizing our Prompt Studio, or browsing the Gallery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Account Registration & Account Deletion

To access certain features, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your password.

• Right to Erase (Account Deletion): You have the absolute right to delete your account at any time. You can permanently erase your account by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
• Data Retention Post-Deletion: Upon account deletion, your personal profile data will be permanently removed. However, prompts you previously published to the public Gallery may remain visible anonymously, unless you manually delete them prior to closing your account, in order to maintain the integrity of the community knowledge base.

3. Platform Services & Artificial Intelligence Usage

BostaDurmasin provides a suite of tools integrating third-party AI APIs (including Google Gemini and Groq). You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs ("Outputs") are inherently unpredictable and are provided "as is" for inspiration and creative enhancement.
• The Platform acts as an intermediary proxy. We do not guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness, or unbiased nature of any AI-generated Output.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

As a community member, you are solely responsible for the inputs, images, and text you upload. You strictly agree NOT to use our AI tools or Gallery to:

• Generate, share, or request explicit adult content (NSFW), gore, or highly violent imagery.
• Create outputs that promote hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer our AI safety filters or platform security tokens.

5. Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright)

The ownership dynamics on the Platform are structured as follows:

• Platform Assets: All UI designs, codebases, logos, and proprietary algorithms belong exclusively to BostaDurmasin.
• User Inputs: You retain ownership of the original, base text prompts or reference images you submit.
• AI Outputs: To the extent permitted by law, outputs generated through the AI tools are free for you to use commercially. However, by publishing a prompt to our public Gallery, you grant BostaDurmasin a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and allow other users to copy or "develop" that prompt.

6. Third-Party Links and External Services

Our Platform contains links to external websites and relies on external APIs. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or uptime of these third-party services. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

BostaDurmasin, its developers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform. The services are provided strictly without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BostaDurmasin from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Major changes will be communicated via platform announcements or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination & Governing Law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul.
